I conduct research on a range of psychometric topics facing applied psychologists. The job analysis research has focused on a wide range of topics.

The personality and psychological assessment research projects have focused on topics ranging from the MBTI, "Big Five" inventories such as the IPIP, faking of personality tests, item-response theory (IRT), computer-adaptive testing (CAT), and the assessment of critical-thinking ability.
